Lexington Learning Center is committed to providing the best services to our families, staff, and members. We empower individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their maximum potential. Our In-Home and Adult Day Programs, and Employment Services, provide a variety of options for support to meet the needs of the individuals and their families.

DDD SERVICES PROVIDED IN ARIZONA

We provide programs tailored around member’s choices and interests. This creates an environment where individuals can have opportunities that build a sense of contribution while teaching valuable skills.

Our day program staff takes a hands-on approach – incorporating structured learning and fun to help members reach their personal goals. Daily activities may include community outings, arts and crafts, music, computers, physical fitness, and cooking.
Attendant Care

In-Home

We offer a member assistance in their home, work, or community activities. The assistance provided is individualized based on the needs of the member. Some assistance includes personal and oral hygiene, mobility support, house cleaning, laundry, shopping, and more.

Habilitation services assist members in acquiring, retaining, and improving the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community-based settings. We assist with independent living skills, orientation and mobility training, sensorimotor development, and behavioral management.

We provide short-term care and supervision consistent with the health needs of the member to relieve the primary caregivers, so they may have time and space to accomplish needed tasks that might otherwise be difficult.
