ORIGINS OF LEXINGTON

LEXINGTON SERVICES WAS FOUNDED WITH PASSION

Lexington provides successful academic programs and therapies for all students with Autism Spectrum Disorders. We offer In-Center & In-Home services for children and adults.

OUR PASSION STARTED AT THE BEGINNING

In 2012, Harrison Rogers started Lexington out of his own home, initially not expecting it to be a very large scale project but had the simple goal of bettering the quality of life for his sister.

Lexington’s first location started in Mesa, Arizona where it quickly grew and flourished. Striving to deliver the same quality of life and services to the surrounding community.

Our first school was established to provide more than just the service of care taking but to improve the education of others with special needs.

Lexington has expanded to multiple locations providing more schools and programs to increase special needs education as well as In-Center and In-Home care.

Lexington plans on always adding more resources for those seeking help for their special needs individuals. Our ambitious commitment to improving the lifestyle of your family’s future is our continuous goal.

MEET OUR LEADERS

Harrison Rogers
FOUNDER/CEO

Harrison has always believed everyone learns differently. Growing up with a sister who has severe autism, and who struggled in formal education herself, Harrison always wanted to find a solution for what he believed was broken in formal education, thus founding and building what Lexington is today.

Jeff Montgomery
COO

As a family man and successful owner of multiple businesses, Jeff enjoys helping others to reach their full potential. He is the architect behind the system that propelled Lexington into a multi-million dollar company in just over two years. In his spare time he is a professional singer, actor, and songwriter and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.

Sandy Brimhall
SUPERINTENDENT OF LEXINGTON LIFE ACADEMY

After learning many of the needed elements to become a great educator, Sandy pursued her degree in Elementary Education through Northern Arizona University. Having a special love for students with disabilities, she always found herself serving that population. After many years as a teacher, her love of Special Education students pulled her back into the field of servicing this unique and incredible population and now serves as the superintendent of Lexington Life Academy.

Jared Harker
PROGRAM DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

While working as a therapy intern at a children’s psychiatric treatment center, Jared could only see children desperately trying to find safety where others saw mental illness and unmanageable behavior. With a Master of Science in Integrated Healthcare Management and a focus on the Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Process informed by Behavioral Analytics, Jared Drew Harker developed a passion for driving the build for mental and behavioral health at Lexington.

Shaun Hawkins
GENERAL MANAGER OF LEXINGTON LEARNING CENTER

Shaun’s goal was to graduate with a Bachelor’s in biology and get into a PA school until he discovered Lexington Learning Center. He was offered a position to manage the providers in early 2015. “It has been an honor and a pleasure to work with amazing employees as well as seeing growth in the members we serve. What an awesome responsibility we hold in assisting in that growth.”

Dallin Webster
DIRECTOR OF LEXINGTON THERAPIES

Dallin has been with Lexington since 2019 and he has made many improvements to our therapy programs including adding music therapy and teletherapy to our offerings. He oversees both our Mesa and 19th Avenue therapy locations and has been working hard since joining to make Lexington Therapy Services a major staple and benefit to the community.

“I couldn’t be happier with Lexington. It’s more than a school with great teachers and caregivers, it’s been a new life for my son.”

Richard Roe, Parent | Mesa Campus

“The Life Academy is probably the best school that my daughter has been in and is the only school that she looks forward to going to and no longer fights me to stay home.”

Sharron Carstens, Parent | Show Low Campus

“Lexington has opened many doors for our son and we believe it will only continue to grow into adulthood.”

Jennifer Barker, Parent | Mesa Campus
