Giving Tuesday is over, and we all have a lot of people to thank. The Lexington Education Foundation wants to start by thanking everyone who took part in this week-long event. Our goal here at Lexington Education Foundation will always be to provide you with the opportunities to help the schools and students achieve their goals. We’re all in this together, and we’re all in it to make the world a better place.
As a refresher, these are the objectives LEF has set for this year’s week of giving:
- Raise a minimum of $10,000 in total; schools keep the money they raise.
- Have 100 Lexington employees raise at least $100 each.
- Lexington’s donations will be matched up to $5,000
- Money can be used for new supplies, equipment, and computers for Lexington.
With that in mind, here are the final results for each school who participated:
Ellsworth: $2,205
Maryvale: $258
Hampton: $228
Don’t forget that Lexington’s donations would be matched up to $5,000! That means the matched totals are:
Ellsworth: $4,410
Maryvale: $516
Hampton: $456
Each school also had a bit of a competition to see who can raise the most amount of money.
Ellsworth has won the Dunk Tank for raising the most money this year!
And here are the individual prize winners!
#1 Annemarie Butler $692, won google Chromebook computer

#3 Jordynn Verke $340, won $50 gift card
#4 Iwona Skolnik $309, won amazon echo dot

Congratulations to all the schools and winners, as they all did a fantastic job raising money for new technology and activities for programs in their classrooms. We want to thank you all again for your hard work!
Sincerely truly….thank you.
