Lexington Services’ COVID-19 Response
To protect our employees, members, and students, across all of our locations we are taking precautions recommended by the CDC and the Arizona Department of Health. These include, but are not limited to:
- Checking employees temperatures daily; requiring all employees to wear masks, use hand sanitizer, and wash their hands frequently;
- Teaching and reinforcing the use of cloth face coverings with members and students as their disability and needs allow;
- Increased routine cleaning; disinfecting frequently including commonly touched areas, transportation, and shared objects; reducing the use of shared objects; staggering use of communal and shared spaces; and making hand sanitizer or disinfecting wipes readily available.
- Following specific COVID-19 protocol for confirmed cases.
The health and safety of our Lexington Services community is our highest priority. During these unprecedented times, our goal is to continue providing the critical services our members and students with disabilities and special needs greatly rely on.
Lexington therapy and DDD services remain open. In addition, Lexington Life Academy Pre-K-12 schools have communicated opening plans and options for the 2020/2021 school year. Any further updates will be communicated directly to parents and guardians.
